Criminal held with pistol

Police teams headed by SHO PS Udhampur Insp Raghubir Singh under the supervision of DySP Hqrs Udhampur Sahil Mahajan arrested a notorious criminal namely Simraan Khan S/o Bashir Ahmed R/o Jakheni Udhampur along with a pistol.

He was traveling in Maruti Wagonr bearing registration no JK02AE/5823. A case FIR No 10/2022 under section 3/25 Arms Act was registered. Accused is a notorious criminal who is presently on bail from court in NDPS case and has been involved in others cases of theft also. Moreover during further investigation it was also found that he had committed theft in the Upper Omara Morh and a case was already registered. On disclosure of the said person, the stolen items were also recovered.
