PM remembers Balasaheb Thackeray on his birth anniversary

Prime Minister Narendra Modi remembered Balasaheb Thackeray on his birth anniversary today, January 23.

Prime Minister said Balasaheb, who was blessed with rich knowledge and wit, devoted his life to public welfare.

Mr. Modi added that he will always cherish his various interactions with him. Bal Thackeray was born on this day in 1926 in Maharashtra. He founded the Shiv Sena.
