EAM S Jaishankar meets Guyana Vice President Dr Bharrat Jagdeo in New Delhi

External Affairs Minister Dr. S Jaishankar on Tuesday met Vice President of Guyana Dr. Bharrat Jagdeo in New Delhi.

In a series of tweet, Dr. Jaishankar said, both the countries discussed their historical relationship and greater opportunities in trade, energy, agriculture and skills.

He said, both the nations also agreed that greater frequency of India-CARICOM contacts will further galvanize ties. Dr. Jaishankar assured Dr. Jagdeo that concerns of the Global South will be strongly represented during India’s G20 Presidency.
