Union Cabinet approves mandatory packaging norms for Jute year 2022-23

The Union Cabinet today approved the mandatory packaging norms for the Jute year 2022-23.

According to the norms, 100 percent reservation of the foodgrains and 20 percent reservation of the sugar will be compulsorily packed in jute bags.
