PM Modi reiterated govt’s commitment towards sustainable development in field of green energy
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has reiterated the government’s commitment towards sustainable development in the field of green energy. He was responding to a tweet by Heavy Industries Minister Dr. Mahendra Nath Pandey.
Dr. Pandey informed that electric vehicles under the FAME ll scheme have saved 22.9 crore litres of fuel as well as reduced 33.9 crore kilogram of carbon dioxide.
In another tweet, Mr. Modi lauded the team of Central Command India army doctors for rehabilitating a young patient’s skull defect using advanced 3D printing technology for titanium cranioplasty repair.
The Prime Minister also stressed the importance of Organic Farming and urged the citizens to practice the same at home.
Further, he expressed his happiness over widespread interest in ‘Aadi Mahotsav’. In a tweet, Mr Modi said the experience of the mahotsav related to the food and culture of the tribal community is very prompting.
