T-20 Women’s World Cup: Australia reach final beating India by 5 runs in Semifinal
Australia have entered the final of ICC Women’s T20 World Cup beating India by 5 runs in the semifinal at Newlands in Cape Town, South Africa.

After setting a victory target of 173 runs, Australia restricted India to 167 for 8 in 20 overs.
For India, Captain Harmanpreet Kaur was the highest scorer with 52 runs off 34 balls. Earlier, Australia won the toss and elected to bat first.
With the help of Beth Mooneyc’s half-century of 54 runs and Skipper Meg Lanning not out 49, Australia scored 172 for four wickets.
In the second semifinal today, England will clash with South Africa. The final will be played on Sunday.
