Words Whispered In The Dark written by Bindya Raina Tikoo was today released by Hon’ble LG JKUT Sh Manoj Sinha today at Raj Bhawan Jammu. This is her Second book as an author and First Book In English. “Words Whispered In The Dark”, published by Sarvbhasha Prakashan New Delhi, is a 106 page book having collection of 100 motivational quotes including short poems dedicated to father.

While going through the book, Hon’ble LG JKUT Manoj Sinha said, “these quotes based on nuances of life situation will motivate the readers, especially the youngsters, to overcome the delusions, unpredictability and concussions & confusions of life. These will surly enlighten their inner self to meet life in real sense and not exaggeration”. He added that the govt of Jammu and Kashmir is always eager and open for the promotion of local talent and their skill weather in writing or in art forms.
Poet, announcer, and author Bindya Raina Tikoo says in her new book ‘Words Whispered In The Dark that each beating heart listens to the Words whispered in the dark but often don’t ponder on them but these are words that enlighten us through the darks of our life, our ego, our failures, and our compassion. These are the guiding force that can lead us to the zenith. She said that these quotes may be simple in language but can be effective when worked upon in true spirit.
The Book is available on Amazon. She was accompanied by her elder sister whom she calls her inspiration.
Her earlier book ‘Jeevan Satya’, a collection of 72 of my poems in Hindi was published in the year 2020. Having 12 patriotic poems, Jeevan Satya was the first book released in Jammu in the first Unlock period by Sh Kavinder Gupta, Former Dy CM of J&K. I also had a privilege to present Jeevan Satya to Hon’ble LG J&K Sh Manoj Sinha Ji, personally while conducting the stage of inauguration of New Jammu Hatt.
Bindya Raina Tikoo, who is a Hindi and Kashmiri poet and short story writer is an announcer working on casual basis with Akashwani Jammu and as Casual Assignee Doordarshan Jammu and Doordarshan Kashir. She has a privilege of conducting the stage for prestigious programs in presence and chair of Hon’ble Union Ministers, Governors and Lieutenant Governors of J&K since 2017, like Gen V K Singh, Dr Jitender Singh, Sh N N Vohra, Sh G C Murmu, Sh Satya Pal Malik and others; The recent anchoring includes Honourable Union Minister GoI Sh Nitin Gadkari ji’s visit to Katra and almost 20 launch & other events chaired by present Hon’ble LG J&K Sh Manoj Sinha ji. She also had the opportunity of anchoring 3 Day Amrit Kalotsav 2023 organised by Sangeet Natak Academy New Delhi and 5 Days Theatre Olympics by NSD.
