Mata Kheer Bhawani Ji Yatra welfare society held a meeting with the Deputy commissioner Sh Devender Sigh bahu and ACR Dr Reyaz Ahmad Relief organisation and other officials and discussed the preparations and steps taken by the Relief department about the yatra falling on 28 may 2023 .
Mata Kheer Bhawani Ji Yatra Welfare Society is highly thankful and appreciates the prompt and quick response and action taken by the RRCM and his team of the guidelines discussed with Divisional commissioner janmu in his office Jammu held on 11 may-23 regarding the Tulmulla Yatra.
RRCM has already assigned duties and responsibilities to officials and has instructed them to take serious note to and implement the decision taken by RRCM in letter and spirit.
Deputy Commissioner Relief Sh Devender Singh Bahu and ACR Dr Reyaz Ahmad who explained in detail the preparations and steps taken by the department about the yatra. All the concerned committees present in the meeting feel satisfaction and happiness.
Dr Reyaz Ahmad told that department has left no stone unturned to include all the suggestions suggested by the different committees.
The department has made all arrangements and all the concerned agencies and departments have been requested for providing of their logistic support and cooperation.
All the zonal officers /Camp commandants and other staff of the department would provide all kinds of assistance to yatries and the persons who have been assigned duties have been asked to cooperate with yatries and department will share their phone numbers locations where from buses will depart to Tulmulla.The buses would be available at 5 am for yatries at the following places, Jagti/Purkhoo/Buta Nagar/Muthi/Nagrota, for non camps Sharika vihar Anand nagar Tillo Talab, Pooni chak/sangtra Morh,Sanjeevni kendra Talab tillo,Bantalab Burnai, Roop Nagar,Subash Nagar, Kutha , Udhumpur, Relief Head office canal .
The department has kept refreshment for the yatries as well.
The relief department has kept registration open for free buses upto 25 may -2023.
MKBJYWS appeal all the yatries to maintain discipline, peaceful atmosphere and cooperate while travelling to Tulmulla.
All the yatries must following the guideline of the Relief department.
The yatra shall proceed and flag off exactly at 6 am at Nagrota for Tulmulla Kashmir.
DC Ramban in association with MKBJYWS has kept lunch at Ramban and yatries are requested to have lunch at Ramban.
MKBJYWS volunteers would be available and any yatries can contact for any assistance during the yatra .
