Key domestic indices witness gains in afternoon trade

The key domestic indices today witnessed gains in the afternoon trade. The BSE Sensex was trading near 63,000 mark while the NSE Nifty was trading above 18,650 level. Both stocks were up amid mixed global cues.

The Sensex rose 153 points or 0.25 percent to trade at 62,946. The Nifty was also up 71 points or 0.4 percent to trade at 18,670, a short while ago.
