PM underlines importance of safe motherhood, health of mothers & newborn children

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has underlined the importance of safe motherhood and health of the mothers and newborn children.

Responding to a tweet by Member of Parliament Rekha Verma about such an initiative at the grassroots level, Mr Modi tweeted that the Government has made continuous efforts for better health care of mothers and infants across the country, and the results are encouraging.
