Secretary JKAACL interacts with the Theatre fraternity

Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Art, Culture and languages organised a meeting with artists associated with Theatre art including Directors /playwrights /actors/actresses and others whose support productions are prepared for theatre lovers, here today at writers club, in the JKAACl Campus .

At the outset, Sh Bharat Singh ( JKAS) Secretary JKAACl welcomed the Theatre fraternity and also disclosed about the objective of the meeting called by the Academy .

While expressing his happiness and satisfaction that there are more than 40 theatre groups from all districts of Jammu division associated with the Academy but numbers are the least concerned with producing quality production.

While giving the patient hearing the problems and issues of  directors and artists, he stressed the quality of productions and the need to develop mechanisms to invite more audiences to witness their plays.He also ensured the fully support to the Theatre  artists within the Academy norms and rules however, few issues shall also will be taken with the higher authorities raises by the artists.

• The prominent seniors artists including Dr.Kamal Sharma ,Mushtaq Kak, Ravinder Koul , Sandesh veer, Madan Rangila , Janak Khajuria, vijay Dhar ,Veena Dogra ,Shadab khan ,Akram Khan ,Usha slathia ,Shazi khan, Rajinder Narang ,Mohd.Yaseen ,Satish Kumar Sharma, Rajneesh Gupta, Ravinder Sharma , Neelam Phool, Vidhya Bhushan, Er.vijay Sharma, Vageesh Sharma,  Rohit Bhat, Daisy Bajaz ,Shammi Dameer and representatives from various prominent Theatre groups attended the meeting.
