Australia 116/4 at stupms on day 2nd, lead by 142

In Cricket, Australia were 116-4 in their second innings against England in the third Ashes test at Headingley in Leeds. The visitors’ stretched their lead to 142 runs before stumps were drawn on Day 2 yesterday.

Earlier, England were bowled out for 237 after another heroic innings from captain Ben Stokes, who hit 80 to rescue his side from 142-7. Australia had scored 263 in their first innings.
