India’s exports increased phenomenally in recent times: Anupriya Patel

India’s exports, which include merchandise plus services, have increased phenomenally in recent times. In a written reply in the Lok Sabha, Minister of State for Commerce and Industry, Anupriya Patel said the government has taken many steps to improve the country’s exports.

She informed that the country’s overall exports increased from 497.7 billion US dollars in 202-21 to 676.53 billion dollars, registering a growth of 35.88 percent. The exports further increased to 776.30 billion dollars in 2022-23, registering a growth of 14.75 percent.
