Galwanpora locals decry bad condition of road

Locals have expressed resentment against the dilapidated condition of the road in Galwanpora Hyderpora area of Srinagar saying this has made their lives miserable.

  They said the road from Jamia Masjid Hyderpora to Gangbugh is in dilapidated condition. The locals told news agency Kashmir News Trust that unless macadamization is done on a priority basis, they will continue to suffer.

 “The issue is hampering vehicular movement as well and causing traffic gridlocks in the area. The dilapidated road is also affecting our vehicles as we have to commute via uneven and bumpy road, which is yet to be macadamized,” said one of the locals.

   They appealed to the authorities to address their problem on a priority basis. [KNT]
