Deeply shocked by the killing of security personnel at regular intervals Panun Kashmir urges Government of India to realise before it is too late that:

Terrorism cannot be trounced by tourism;

And Jihadi war cannot be defeated by propaganda of Normalcy.

We ask Government of India:

what is the reason of killing of security personnel at regular intervals by the Terrorists particularly when Government does not spare any day in stating one way or the other that terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir is in its last days?

What is the reason of encounters with terrorists lasting for days  and even weeks?

We also ask Government of India to take people into confidence whether the incidents of gruesome terrorist violence against security forces have been result of encounters or ambushes?

We are baffled to notice that terrorists have been able to inflict disproportionately heavy cost  and it seems that basic standard operating procedures are being ignored.

People want to know what have been the reasons for security failures recently and who is responsible?

Colossal security failures in Jammu and Kashmir seem to have been ignored because there is a manifest absence of accountability. Who was responsible for disarming VDCs when GoI, as per admission of highest at the helms, orders were issued to strengthen them?

We appeal to GoI to provide us answers instead of hollow assurances.

After every security failure Government of India goes on an overdrive to tell us that nefarious designs of Pakistan are responsible for the deterioration and the increased terrorist activity is the result of frustration of terrorists.

Does government of India believe that people are stupid and gullible and that mere propaganda management will help in diffusing the situation.

 It is time GoI sees clearly and feels deeply our concerns. People on the ground are asking the question that if terrorists can engage security forces for protracted time in military like operations and inflict casualties then they can easily inflict more damage on soft civilian targets. The terrorist regimes can easily kill Hindus who recently were forced to return. Terrorists can also inflict violence against tourists.

How long will GoI delay recognising that it is not face to face with isolated acts of some terrorists but it is face to face with a war form which its protagonists call Jihad; that terrorism is only partly coming from Pakistan and large portion of it grows locally and the policy of GoI of believing that injecting development funds will cure the malaise has failed again and again.

There is an imperative necessity of breaking from the policy started by predecessors of BJP that separatism, terrorism and fundamentalism can be cured by money. Separatism and terrorism use the wherewithal of the state to perpetuate. Terrorism and separatism needs to be made full of costs and patriotism and peaceful behaviour as full of benefits.
