Sensex gains 375 points; Nifty trades at 110 points in afternoon trade

The Key domestic share indices today, October 17, rose over half a percent in the afternoon trade. The BSE Sensex climbed above the 66,500 level while the NSE Nifty surged above 19,800 level.

Both stocks appreciated amid positive cues from global share markets. The Sensex gained 375 points to trade at 66,545 and the Nifty was trading 110 points up at 19,842 a short while ago.
