PM Modi congratulates ISRO scientists for successful launch of TV-D1 test flight

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that the launch of TV-D1 test flight takes India one step closer to realising the country’s first human space flight programme, Gaganyaan.

Mr Modi congratulated the ISRO scientists for the success.
