VP Jagdeep Dhankhar visits Rudraprayag district in Uttarakhand and offers prayer at Kedarnath Shrine

Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar today visited the Rudraprayag district in Uttarakhand and offered prayers at the Kedarnath Shrine. He greeted the locals and devotees who were on the temple grounds and expressed his gratitude for the officers and staff’s efforts working under the challenging conditions at the Dham. The Vice President also went to the Chamoli district’s Badrinath Shrine and prayed to Baba Badri-Vishal for the country’s prosperity. The vice president, is in the state for a two-day visit.

He will also address the valedictory function of the ‘Country Led Initiative’ programme under the UN Forum on Forests, organized by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change at Forest Research Institute in Dehradun today.
