Ski resort of Gulmarg in Kashmir Valley snowfall reported

Amid weather change in Kashmir Valley, a fresh snowfall has been reported from the Ski resort of Gulmarg bringing cheers on the faces of tourists and local Tourism stakeholders. Gulmarg is known world over as an attractive Ski destination hosting a large number of Ski players across the world every winter. According to our Baramulla Correspondent Kausar Salaam, nearly two inches of fresh snow has been recorded since this morning.

The early snowfall has generated huge expectations of a great Winter Tourism ahead with many gearing up to finalise the arrangements before different ski events begin next month. Various Tourism stakeholders at Gulmarg said that the early snowfall would help in a great way for the Winter Tourism in Kashmir, with Gulmarg expected to be the greatest beneficiary in terms of tourist footfall.
