Asian shares ends with gains except Hong Kong’s Hang Seng

Asian shares ended with gains today except Hong Kong’s Hang Seng which lost 0.1 per cent. Japan’s Nikkei-225 climbed 1.4 percent. Singapore’s Straits Times, South Korea’s Kospi and China’s Shanghai composite index rose marginally by 0.1 per cent each.

European stocks were also trading in green in intra-day trade. London’s FTSE-100 and Germany’s DAX, both gained 0.2 percent while France’s CAC-40 was trading flat when reports last came in.
