Mehbooba Mufti chasing perilous route of anarchy for political benefits

PDP president in an explosive and inflammatory statement has clearly endeavoured to incite countrymen and arouse emotions on narrow and divisive agenda, Former MLC opined. Ignoring and completely disregarding principled and balanced stand taken by the government of India on Hamas –Israel conflict, PDP president has tried to stir passions, he added.

Attempts by Mehbooba Mufti to present herself as champion of Muslims worldwide is laughable and preposterous because of her selective and choosy approach to even Muslim victims, GL Raina stressed. She is conspicuously silent on Chinese cruelty on Uighurs and demolition of thousands of mosques by Chinese authorities and Pakistan’s genocidal crimes against Baloch nationals. GL Raina accused her of even ignoring Muslims of Pakistan occupied areas of Jammu Kashmir. It is simple & pure political agenda without any honest concern for victims anywhere.

Her statement is also subversive as the PDP chief has cajoled people to take steps that are aimed to hurt the economy of the country, he added. GL Raina was gratified that people don’t take her treasonable statement seriously and are ignoring her constantly. Former MLC & JK UT spokesperson of BJP Girdhari Lal Raina has cautioned people against continuous efforts by PDP and its senior leadership to polarise polity for narrow political rewards.

PDP has always pursued politics of duplicity, deception and hypocrisy. Its approach has been narrow, divisive and communal and is against peace, development and progress of Jammu Kashmir and country as a whole. PDP and its President is perturbed and pained by the prevailing peace and speedy development taking place in Jammu Kashmir more so after historic decision of abrogation of Article 370 & 35 A as that affects their myopic vision .
