Sensex down by 476 points to trade at 71,796

Key domestic indices were trading in the red in today’s afternoon session dragged by losses in the banking and IT stocks tracking negative cues from Asian peers.

The Sensex was down 476 points to trade at 71,796 and Nifty was 111 points lower to trade at 21,631 when reports last came in.
