I&B Minister Anurag Singh Thakur says Narendra Modi government takes several steps for welfare of farmers and raising wages of MGNREGA workers

Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Singh Thakur said that Narendra Modi government has taken several steps for the welfare of farmers and raising the wages of MGNREGA workers.

Speaking during the Zero Hour in the Lok Sabha today, Mr. Thakur said, the government has increased the budget of MGNREGA to one lakh 10 thousand crore rupees and provided two lakh 80 thousand crore rupees to farmers from PM Kisan Samman Nidhi. He said the government also increased the Minimum Support Price for the welfare of farmers.
