Maha Yuti comprising BJP, Shiv Sena and NCP likely to make a formal announcement of their alliance for Lok Sabha on March 6

Union Home Minister Amit Shah arrived in Mumbai and held a late-night meeting with the Maharashtra alliance partners. Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar welcomes him at Mumbai Airport with a bouquet of flowers.

 

Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis were also present at the airport with Mr.Pawar. Afterwards, Home Minister Amit Shah held a meeting at Sahyadri government guest house with Maharashtra alliance partners late at night on Tuesday.

The Maha Yuti comprising BJP, Shiv Sena and NCP is expected to finalise its seat sharing for the Lok Sabha seats in Maharashtra. The three parties are likely to make a formal announcement of their alliance for Lok Sabha on Wednesday. Before coming to Mumbai, he also held meetings and rallies in Akola, Jalgaon and Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar districts of Maharashtra.
