SCs have always supported BJP in elections: Balbir

Former Vice-Chairperson & BJP Media Relations Department Co-Incharge, Balbir Ram Rattan, while discussing the importance and need of the active role of different organs of the party in the ongoing campaigning for Lok Sabha polls, said that the SC voters are decisive factor in any election in Jammu and Kashmir and the leaders of the community should reach every voter and seek support for the party.

He said this during a meeting with the BJP Anusuchit Jaati Morcha State Vice President Vijay Anand Gill, General Secretary Adarsh Jathiar, Office Secretary Hans Raj Loria, Social Media Secretary Ashwani Charak and other leaders, wherein, the morcha leaders shared their work undertaken in different areas during the last over one month.

A glance at the past record of the polling pattern and results of different elections will show that maximum number of reserved seats have gone to BJP in assembly, Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) and Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs) elections, and it could be possible only because SC voters have supported BJP every time, Balbir said.

Vijay Anand Gill said that the Valmiki Samaj has got justice from the Modi government and hence our community is willingly supporting BJP in the elections as it is the only party, which has done something for us in reality.

Adarsh Jathiar said that there are more than 1.5 lakh SC voters in Jammu-Reasi parliamentary constituency and as such it can play very important role in deciding the fate of any candidate. He said that the majority of the people of the community are with the BJP and hence lotus will bloom once again.

SC Morcha Office Secretary Hans Raj Loria said that the scheduled caste leaders in the BJP are devoting more time to ensure that more and more people are contacted and their support sought for the BJP.
