24×7 Emergency organises blood donation camp at Jagti

Jammu, May 11:A blood donation camp was organised today at sub division hospital Jagti near here ,in which 16 units of blood was donated by the volunteers.
For this noble cause the special blood van was provided by the Directorate of Health Services Jammu and Kashmiri Pandit migrant youths which include Shobin Bhat 55 points ,Naveen Bhat 16 points,Akshay Koul 58 points
Ashish Bhat 16 points,Sandeep pandita 15 points besides Suraj Raina,Sunny koul,Ayush bhat,Arjun Singh,Vikas Bhat ,Soni Hangloo,Anmol Tickoo ,Nitish Gupta, Nikhil Sharma, Ajay Sohan
and Mohd Irfan donated the blood voluntarily to serve the civil society during the hour of crises.
Later on the organization conferred awards to volunteers who donated more than 10-15 points of blood during a function here today.
The blood donation camp was organised by newly launched social organization ’24×7 Emergency’ under the supervision of social activist Sunil Pandita and Ashwani Bhat.
The camp was inaugurated by the Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner for Migrants Jammu, Dr Arvind Karwani who graced the occasion as chief guest.The other guests of honour present on the occasion include CMO Kathua Dr Vijay Raina besided DC Relief Vijay Kumar Sharma, SDPO Nagrota,SHO Nagrota, social activist Bhushan Parimoo, Sr journalist M K Bangroo ,A N Sadhu and others.
To serve better to civil society in the hour of need, the organizers of 24×7 Emergency launched a blood donation camp at SDH Jagti today and the volunteers among Kashmiri Pandit migrant community donated the blood to the volume of 16 units.The camp was exclusively organised by the landmark efforts of the Kashmiri Pandit migrant relief holders to serve the civil society in the hour of need.This initiative taken by the KP migrants was appreciated by one and all present on the occasion.
Hailing the overwhelming participation of distinguished guests in the blood donation camp,chief organizer Sunil Pandita and ashwani bhat urged the UT Administration to come up with open hands to support such noble causes which are going to serve the mankind without any criteria of caste, creed,religion or colour.We are humans and it is our duty to maintain humanity and spread peace and love in and around us.
Sunil also appealed the Government to provide all possible help to such organizations which are determined to serve the society in all respects.
