EAM Dr. S Jaishankar Expresses Grief Over Demise Of Iran’s President Dr Ebrahim Raisi

Minister of External Affairs Dr. S Jaishankar expressed grief over the demise of Iran’s President Dr. Ebrahim Raisi and Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian in a helicopter crash.

In his condolence message, Dr. Jaishankar said that he is deeply shocked to hear the news of the accident. Dr. Jaishankar also recalled his meetings with them, most recently in January this year. The Minister said that India stands with the people of Iran at the time of this tragedy.
