CAT Branch Opens In Leh, Easing Access To Justice For Ladakh Residents

In Ladakh, a branch of the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Jammu opened at Leh yesterday. Before the establishment of the branch of CAT at Leh,  people of Leh and Kargil have been travelling to Jammu and Srinagar respectively to get justice for their grievances.

Lieutenant Governor Dr. B D Mishra inaugurated the First Circuit Sitting of Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Jammu Bench at Sindhu Sanskriti Kendra in Leh.

Terming the inauguration of the First Circuit Sitting of the CAT Jammu Bench in Leh as a momentous occasion, the Lieutenant Governor stated that the Circuit Sitting of the CAT Jammu Bench would benefit the people of Leh district.
