Sensex Jumps 379 Points; Nifty Climbs 94.4 Points In Early Trade

Equity benchmark indices, Sensex and Nifty hit a fresh lifetime high in early trade today, July 2.

The BSE Sensex jumped 379 points to hit a record peak of 79,855 in early trade. The Nifty 50 climbed 94.4 points to hit a lifetime high of 24,236.35. Among the sectoral indices, IT, Realty and Energy were the major gainers.
