Polling Is Underway For Gram Panchayat Elections

The polling is underway for the gram panchayat elections in Punjab. Polling started at 8 this morning and will continue until 4 PM.

The election results will be declared after the polling is over. The polling is being conducted using ballot papers. The option of NOTA is also included on the ballot papers. By 11 AM, 13 percent of polling had been recorded. There are 13,937 gram panchayats in the state.
