KTA Urges Government to Boost Ration Quota

KNT: The Kashmir Traders Alliance has urged the government to increase the public distribution system (PDS) ration quota, citing the critical importance of addressing this fundamental public necessity.
President KTA, Ajaz Shadhar in a statement said that the current allocation needs revisiting to cater to the growing population and increased household requirements.
“A substantial portion of Kashmir’s population depends on government rations, making this enhancement a necessity,” he said and requested the government to address the issue. [KNT]
