Earthquake in Afghanistan, tremors felt in Kashmir

KNT: An earthquake was reported Wednesday morning from Afghanistan whose tremors were also felt nearly 800kms away, in the valley of Kashmir.

As per the National Centre for Seismology (NCS), the earthquake was of 5.2 magnitude with its origin time at 10:43:19 IST.

The NCS said, the depth of the earthquake was 192kms.

There were no reports of loss of property or injury to human life. [KNT]
