Six medical establishments penalized in Anantnag

The Drug Control Department in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district Thursday inspected medical establishments across the district to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
An official said that during the inspection, several irregularities were found, including six establishments operating without the mandatory Computerized Billing System.
The offending establishments included Mir Medicate, Irfan Medicate, Ayesha Medicos, Al-Hasan Medicate, AS Medicate, and Zeenat Medicate.
The official said that action was taken on the spot against these establishments, with Zeenat Medicate facing additional penalties for violating license conditions. [KNT]
