CRPF Jawan Shoots Himself Dead in Udhampur, Probe Underway

Udhampur, A CRPF jawan on highway duty in Udhampur allegedly ended his life on Tuesday by shooting himself with his service rifle, officials said.
The jawan, identified as Praveen Patil from Maharashtra, was deployed with a road opening party in the Tikri area when the tragic incident occurred.

Authorities have yet to determine the motive behind the suicide. Meanwhile, police have initiated an investigation. [KNT]
