Sale and use of firecrackers in sub division Sopore, banned ahead of Eid festival.

Sopore,  District adminstration Sopore,  have issued an order to  ban on sale and use of firecracker ahead of Eidul fitre. According to News Service, Associated News Bureau, ANB, The order has been issued considering growing concern, environmental pollution, public safety and health hazards of the common masses.

Additional District Magistrate, also says that any person found violating the directive within the sub-district Sopore shall be liable for action under law. The use of firecrackers and in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 163 BNSS 2023, it is hereby order the sale, purchase and use of all types of Firecrackers or any similar items is prohibited within the territorial limits of Sub-District Sopore. The adminstration also says  no loudspeaker shall be used by the vendors etc for the sale of goods, especially near religious Institutions, Hospitals, and Government offices and at the congested markets of the town.
