Around 90 percent booking cancelled after Pahalgam terror incident, tour operators
Expressed hope that tourists will again come to valley
Srinagar, ANB, National tour operators today said that 80 to 90 percent of booking to kashmir have been cancelled following Pahalgam attack. According to News Service, Associated News Service, ANB, Addressing a press conference jointly by national tour operators with kashmir tour operators and hotliers . Prominent businessman Mushtaq Ahmed Chaya was also present in the press conference.
The operators said that 80 to 90 percent of booking have been cancelled following Pahalgam terror attack. The operators association unanimously condemned the terror incident at Pahalgam and expressed solidarity with the bereaved families.The operators regusted the tourists to stay in valley as entire local population is with tourists and they have open their doors for tourists.The operators also said that there is good number of tourists in gulmarg, sonmarg and Mughal gardens and expressed the hope that tourists with again come to JK. The operators said that centre and local government has assured full support and cooperation to tourists. ANB.
