Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat’ Vision a Blueprint for Global Peace: Sat Sharma
Jammu, ANB:BJP Jammu and Kashmir President Sat Sharma emphasized that the party’s ‘Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat’ initiative is not just a model for national unity but a strategic vision to promote lasting global peace.
According to News Service, Associated News Bureau, ANB, Speaking at a meeting alongside senior leaders including Baldev Singh Billawaria, Munish Khajuria, Adv. Rajesh Gupta, and State Publicity Secretary Ajay Vaid, Sharma highlighted the importance of emotional integration among Indians, especially in the wake of the recent Pahalgam tragedy that united the nation in collective grief across all regions and communities. “Once realized, ‘Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat’ will lead not just to national consolidation but also inspire global harmony,” Sharma asserted.
He remarked that terrorism and unrest plague the world today, and India’s age-old philosophy of ‘unity in diversity’ offers a crucial solution for peaceful co-existence. Sharma underscored India’s historical commitment to the ideal of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam — the world as one family — stating that through promoting cultural, linguistic, and communal unity, India can offer a beacon of hope to a conflict-ridden world.
Praising Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, Sharma noted that India is stepping into its global role as an ambassador of peace, respect, and cooperative development. “Our internal strength derived from unity sends a resounding message of solidarity and peaceful coexistence to the world,” he said.
