Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Urges Tourism Stakeholders to Waive off cancellation fees for Tourists

Srinagar,  ANB: In light of the prevailing circumstances,  Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Vijay kumar Bidori has urged all key stakeholders in the tourism industry to provide necessary assistance to tourists, including a complete waiver of cancellation charges.

According to News Service, Associated News Bureau, ANB, the Divisional Commissioner have emphasized the importance of extending the gesture as a mark of goodwill during challenging times.

He said that a  communication has also been forwarded to the Director of Tourism, Kashmir, for widespread dissemination among stakeholders.

Divisional commissioner has expressed the need to adopt a proactive approach by the administration as being seen as a step toward safeguarding the interests of both tourists and local tourism operator for preserving the Valley’s image as a welcoming and responsible destination. ANB
