Major Administrative Reshuffle in J&K, Rahul Yadav Appointed MD of Power Development Corporation

Srinagar, ANB,  In a significant administrative move, the Government of Jammu and Kashmir has announced a series of high-level transfers and postings through Government Order No. 541-JK(GAD) of 2025, issued today by the General Administration Department.

According to News Service, Associated News Bureau, ANB, As per the order, Mr. Rahul Yadav, IAS (AGMUT:2014), currently serving as Special Secretary in the Agriculture Production Department and holding additional charge as Mission Director of HADP, has been transferred and posted as the Managing Director of J&K Power Development Corporation Limited. He will replace Mr. Pankaj Magotra, JKAS, who will await further posting orders from the General Administration Department. Mr. Yadav will also take on the additional charge of Managing Director, J&K Power Corporation Limited, relieving Ch. Mohd. Yasin, IAS (AGMUT:2015) of that responsibility.

Additionally. Sandeep Kumar, IFS (AGMUT:2011), who has been functioning as In-Charge Conservator of Forests, Chenab Circle, has been posted as Secretary in the Agriculture Production Department. He will also assume the additional charge of Mission Director, HADP.

The reshuffle has been ordered in the interest of administrative efficiency and comes into immediate effect. ANB.
