Youth 4 Panun Kashmir Congratulates PM Modi on Operation Sindoor; Calls for Declaration of Pakistan as Terrorist State and Extradition of Key Terror Operatives

New Delhi [May 12 2025]

Youth 4 Panun Kashmir (Regd), the largest global organisation of displaced Kashmiri Pandit youth, has formally congratulated Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for the bold and decisive execution of Operation Sindoor, which eliminated over 100 terrorists and struck deep into Pakistan’s terror infrastructure.

In a memorandum submitted to the Prime Minister, the organisation hailed the operation as a long-overdue response to Pakistan-sponsored terrorism and called upon the Government to now take the next essential steps to protect India’s sovereignty and national security.

The organisation has urged Prime Minister Modi to:

Formally declare Pakistan a Terrorist State under Indian law.
Issue stern, non-negotiable directives to Pakistan to extradite the following wanted terrorists:
Hafiz Mohammad Saeed (Lashkar-e-Taiba)
Maulana Masood Azhar (Jaish-e-Mohammed)
Syed Salahuddin (Hizbul Mujahideen)
Sheikh Sajjad Gul (TRF), mastermind of the April 22 Pahalgam attack and several targeted killings, currently sheltered in Rawalpindi

These individuals and their organisations have been identified as being directly responsible for repeated attacks on India’s sovereignty and are also responsible for the continued and unabated genocide of the Kashmiri Pandit community.

The organisation further demanded:

Immediate suspension of all diplomatic and cultural ties with Pakistan until it dismantles its terror networks.
Official recognition of the Kashmiri Hindu Genocide.
Time-bound, constitutionally guaranteed rehabilitation of Kashmiri Hindus in separate annd secured Homeland, as envisioned in the Margdarshan Resolution of 1991.
