Indian stock market opens flat amid mixed global cues

The Benchmark domestic equity indices, Sensex and Nifty, were trading with modest losses amid mixed global cues in the forenoon trade today.

The 30-share BSE Sensex dropped 231 points to 81,321 and the NSE Nifty50 slipped 69 points to 24,757, when reports last came in.
