PM Modi Expresses Grief On Passing Of Renowned Pandvani Singer Teejan Bai

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has expressed grief on the passing of the renowned Pandvani singer Teejan Bai today.

In a social media post, Mr Modi said that she earned global recognition for this folk art form from Chhattisgarh through her magnificent performances. The Prime Minister said that her demise is an irreparable loss to the world of art and culture.
