India’s Anahat Singh & Aryaveer Dewan Storm Into Pre-Quarterfinals Of World Junior Individual Championships

In Squash, India’s Anahat Singh and Aryaveer Dewan stormed into the pre-quarterfinals at the World Junior Individual Championships. Women’s top seed Anahat brushed aside Hong Kong’s Pui Yin Chole Lo in straight games in the round-of-32.

Anahat will next meet Malaysian Doyce Ye San Lee. Aryaveer Dewan eased past South African Joseph Feast in straight games in the round-of-32, and will take on American Yaseen Shalaby next. Meanwhile, India’s Gurveer Singh, Yusha Nafees, Saanvi Kalanki, Rudra Singh and Anika Dubey lost to higher-seeded opponents.
