IMD Forecasts Heavy To Very Heavy Rainfall Over Arunachal Pradesh, Bihar, Sub Himalayan West Bengal & Sikkim
The India Meteorological Department has issued an orange colour warning for heavy to very heavy rainfall over Arunachal Pradesh, Bihar, Sub Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim today.
Heavy rainfall is also expected over Delhi, Haryana, Chandigarh, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh and Jharkhand till tomorrow. Similar conditions are expected over Karnataka, Kerala, Mahe, Konkan, Goa, Madhya Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal and North-Eastern parts of India today.
The Weather Department has also forecast thunderstorms, lightning and gusty winds over Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Mahe, Lakshadweep, North Interior Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal and the Andaman and Nicobar Islands till tomorrow.
