Jammu & Kashmir Digital Creators & Influencers Platform Launched

JAMMU, August 26, 2026: The Jammu & Kashmir Digital Creators & Influencers (JKDCI) platform has been launched as a dedicated professional network to bring together digital creators, social media influencers, social activists and responsible digital voices from across Jammu & Kashmir.

JKDCI is an initiative of the Nations Development Association (NDA), supported by Shree Vaishno Institute (SVI) and The Nations Herald as supporting organisations. The platform aims to connect digital creators with Government awareness campaigns, public welfare initiatives, youth engagement programmes, education, social awareness activities and other matters of public interest.
Speaking on the initiative, Sushil Singh Charak, Chief Functionary, Nations Development Association (NDA), said, “JKDCI is an effort to bring responsible digital voices together and connect their reach, creativity and influence with public welfare and positive social change. Digital creators can play an important role in strengthening public awareness and participation.”
Shivani Vaid Sharma, Chief, Women Wing, NDA, said that women and young digital creators can make a meaningful contribution to awareness campaigns, community development and constructive social dialogue.
Manpreet Kour, State Coordinator, Jammu & Kashmir, said that JKDCI will connect creators from different districts and strengthen the outreach of important government and social initiatives.
Adv. Shubham Kaith, State Legal Coordinator, NDA J&K, said that a responsible digital ecosystem also requires awareness about legal responsibilities, digital conduct and ethical communication.
Karan Singh, State DCI Coordinator, NDA J&K, said that JKDCI will go beyond being a digital network by providing a platform for dialogue, collaboration, knowledge-sharing and collective efforts on issues concerning society and public welfare.
With the support of NDA, SVI and The Nations Herald, JKDCI will facilitate events, interaction programmes, awareness activities and “Manthan Sessions”, providing digital creators and influencers an opportunity to discuss important public and social issues and contribute constructive ideas.
The initiative aims to build a responsible, professional and socially conscious digital community in Jammu & Kashmir, utilising the reach and potential of digital media for public awareness, welfare, youth engagement, education and positive social change.
