IMD Forecasts Heavy Rainfall Across Several States And UTs Today

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted heavy rainfall over Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Mahe, Madhya Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal and Telangana tomorrow.

The Met Department has predicted thunderstorms and lightning over Marathwada, Sub Himalayan West Bengal, East Rajasthan, Jharkhand, Konkan, Goa, Odisha and parts of North eastern India tomorrow. Heavy to very heavy rainfall is likely to prevail over parts of Andaman and Nicobar Islands today under the influence of a Low Pressure Area.
