Gunfight breaks out in south Kashmir’s Kulgam

A gunfight broke out between militants and security forces at Okay area of south Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Tuesday.

“Encounter has started at Okay area of #Kulgam. Police and security forces are on the job. Further details shall follow, ” a police spokesman said.

The number of trapped militants was not immediately known.
