Repatriate teachers to original place of postings: Govt to SED

The School Education Department has directed the Directorate of School Education Jammu and as well Kashmir to repatriate all such Teachers (Grade II, III, RReT, 3rd teachers) to their original place of postings.

The directions have been issued after it was noticed by SED that teachers are posted and transferred from their original place of posting.

An order in this regard has been issued by Mayank Sharma, Under Secretary, School Education Department.

“Vide Government Order No.396-Edo of 2000 dated 20.04.2000. a scheme under the Tittle “Rehbar-e-Taleem of 5 years of service.

These teachers war further converted to Teacher Grade-II/III vide G.0 No 20-I/du of 2019 dated 22.01.2019 and in the said order at clause 3(a) it has been ordered clearly mentioned that the service condition of the teachers Grade II shall be the same as prescribed for the general line teachers with the exceptions that they shall not be transferable except on the mutual transfer basis to the post of other teacher Grade II, III, RReT, ReT, 3rd teachers) in exceptional circumstances.

However, from into to time the department has transferred, deployed number of such teachers Teacher Grade II/III/RReT, ReTs/ 3rd teachers) temporarily from their original placers) of posting(s) to other place (s) on one proem or the other against the Rehbar-e-Taleem” recruitment policy.

In this contest I am directed to request to take the following course of action immediately.

Which reads,” Repatriate all such Teachers (Grade I, II, III, RReT, 3rd teachers) to their original place) of postings). DDOs concerned shall not draw the salary of such teachers unless they report back to their original place of postings. The teaching staff of clubbed/closed schools shall be posted in “NEARBY SCHOOL” which have low PTR ratio.

Action taken Report in the matter be submitted to this department by 29th July. 2022 and those teacher(s) who fail to comply with instructions as above, disciplinary action will be immediately initiated against them.
