BSNL Landline services defunct in the heart of Srinagar City

Srinagar: BSNL Landline/Broadband subscribers near Press Colony Abi Guzar, Srinagar here on Tuesday said that their landline services were defunct for the past three months.

“Our landline/broadband services are defunct for the past three months. We have repeatedly apprised the authorities at Exchange Road besides the concerned linemen, but nothing was done to resolve the problem,” subscribers said.

“Scores of inhabitants of the Abi Guzar area where different media outlets are functioning as well have been suffering due to the lackadaisical approach of the BSNL,” the subscribers said and appealed to General Manager BSNL to look into the matter. [KNT]
