Several development projects worth over 19 thousand crore rupees launched by PM Modi at Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh
Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated multiple development projects worth over 19 thousand crore rupees in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh today. These projects are related to several important sectors like rail, road, oil and gas, urban development, and Housing.
During the programme in Bulandshahr, the Prime Minister dedicated a 173-kilometer-long double rail line electrified section between New Khurja – New Rewari on Dedicated Freight Corridor. Mr Modi also flagged off goods trains from these two stations through video conferencing.
This new section is important as it establishes crucial connectivity between the Western and Eastern Dedicated Freight Corridor. This new section will help in improving the operation of passenger trains due to the shifting of goods trains on the Dedicated Freight Corridor tracks. Prime Minister also dedicated the fourth line connecting the Mathura – Palwal section and Chipiyana Buzurg – Dadri section.
These new lines will improve the rail connectivity of the national capital to Southern Western and Eastern India. The Prime Minister also dedicated multiple road development projects to the nation.
The projects include the Aligarh to Bhadwas four-laning work, the widening of the Meerut to Karnal border, and the four-laning of the Shamli-Muzaffarnagar section of the National Highway. Mr. Modi will also inaugurate Indian Oil’s Tundla-Gawaria Pipeline and dedicate Integrated Industrial Township at Greater Noida.
